
About the Role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets through improved Channel management, forecasting (sell out and Sell in), and accordingly growing the revenue and market share in Qatar.
Key Objectives:
- Maximize revenue and profit by setting sales strategies and plans that focuses on the assigned region/market based on the sales strategies.
- Grow business within the assigned category, through sales activities in various channels.
- Drive company guide lines in terms of new product launches / sell-out activities execution / develop new channels or business opportunities
- Address new product launches in Qatar through right arrangement of launching process such as market study / target set-up / awareness campaign, add sales revenue
- Identify new opportunities and business partners to increase the portfolio of the B2B business
Requirements
We are looking for a young and enterprising person with about 8 years of sales experience in either the FMCG, Consumer Goods or Consumer electronics industries
You will be Educated to the level of a Bachelor's Degree, with an MBA being a nice to have added qualification
Experience in Qatar, especially managing top accounts like Carrefour, Lulu, Meera etc. in Qatar is essential
We are happy to consider people who are currently with leading fmcg or consumer electronics distributors in the country. MNC experience in addition is a plus
You should possess fluent communication skills in English and should be commercially astute
