
About the Role
Job Scope:
Responsible for delivering Annual Volume and revenue in KSA by leading the Sales and Trade Marketing verticals cutting across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Wholesale channels
Manage the trade and customer marketing budget with the TMM
Driving the development of Sales teams, Market execution, Market share, customer relationship and setting the strategic direction for the company in KSA
Increase sales volume by driving the GTM strategy, capturing seasonal opportunity, enhancing execution & visibility, developing POS materials & leveraging promotions.
Utilizing market research, insights to launch new products which fuel growth in sales & market share.
Build the sales strategy by widening the product offering and tap into new categories away from the fierce competition.
Monitoring regional consumer trends in the Kingdom to fine tune ideas and turn them into successful initiatives.
Continuous routes optimization to improve efficiencies, productivity and guarantee profitability per route.
Lay down the foundations and criteria for channel classification for all customers.
Set execution standards per channel (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade and Wholesale
Requirements
Qualification Criteria:
Masters Degree with 15 - 20 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry
At least 5+ years of experience in Saudi Arabia at a National Sales manager level with exposure to all channels
Experience in direct distribution at some stage in your career is preferred
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for numbers
